"With RVs, their owners are probably going to keep them around for many, many years, meaning they'll need a place to store the RV for many, many years to come."
It's also a relatively easy idea to market. Brown suggests partnering with an RV dealer in your area for referrals.
"They want to sell RVs, and you want to store them," Brown said. "If a customer buys from a certain dealer, they can get a discount on storing it at your facility. Just make sure that you're partnering with a reputable dealer if you decide to go that route."
