"RV Walk Thru" Host 'Masters' the Industry

Dogpound, Alberta (PRWEB) June 5, 2008 -- Congratulations are going out to Tim Collard, host of the highly acclaimed video RV Walk Thru - the Basics, upon receiving his Master RV Technician certification through the RVDA/RVIA.

For over 14 years Tim has been a self-employed mobile RV technician known as The Elec Tech. His exemplary service to the RVing community has made him the first choice Go-To-Guy among his peers and clientele alike.

"When I started in this business, it didn't take long for me to recognize the lack of good, reliable information available for RVers to help them really understand how things work on their units," says Tim, "and I opted to fill the need."

So in 2004, with the help of his wife and sons, Tim produced and hosted the 'RV Walk Thru - the Basics' - a video in which he uses his expertise and boundless sense of humor to explain and demonstrate the "Dos", "Don'ts", "Hows" and "Whys" of owning, operating and enjoying RVs.

By 2008 Tim decided to take his quality standard one step further by writing off the RVDA certification exam. "I wanted to instill a sense of confidence in the people who are purchasing my video. How better to do that than to achieve a top ranking (or Master Certification) through the RVDA - the organization who sets the high quality standards in the industry? This way my customers know they can rely on what I'm showing them in the 'Walk Thru' and they can trust me when I say I really do know my stuff! It makes my clients comfortable with the information I give them."

Whether Tim is making his customers comfortable, knowledgeable or just plain happy, he is most deserving of "Congratulations". His striving for excellence and achieving it only speaks to the value of his impeccable ethics and quality workmanship.
